PrintThe Giants released former first round pick ('99- 9th overall) Chris Claiborne to make room for a needed O-Linemen.
Surely this guy could be better than Gilbert Gardner and or Rocky Boiman. Maybe a more Veteran Presence could toughen up the LB's.
The Pats released WR Doug Gabriel. Gabriel had a hot start, then kind of dissapeared. But if Stokely is done for the year, and Proehl is our new slot guy, Gabriel wouldn't be a terrible option to be the # 4 guy. I still just can't trust Aaron Moorehead. I hope he proves me wrong someday, but I am not sure he should be on the field in a playoff situation.
As for the DT's, well Im not so sure what to do there. I think the Colts are happy with who they have, but I would still like to see some big ol 300 pound guy in there against the run.
