Most teams in the NFL have at least one or two alternate uniforms that they wear at some point during the season. For the Colts, that alternate uniform is the same as the home uniform with the exception of an extra stripe on the sock. I like the old school Colts uniforms. Every time I see the horseshoe I think of the great Colts like Johnny Unitas that I heard about when I was little. I am glad that Jim Irsay has kept the traditional uniform. It represents class. I think the Colts should add an alternate uniform. Maybe one similar to the one they wore on Thanksgiving two years ago in the game against the Lions. Or maybe one similar to the powder blue Chargers uniforms. If they do, the design should be kept simple. I wouldn't want them to mess with the uniform and change it into something with lots of designs and colors. I want to hear thoughts from the rest of you. If you think I am an idiot then fine. Let me know what you think by taking the poll.
