Baltimore Offsides Not Called?

Am I the only one who saw, several times against the Ravens, their defensive linemen jump offsides, with no flag thrown? One was in a pretty critical 3rd and long, and Manning looked like he handed off, since he "knew" he had a freebie snap. But no flag. That was the first call missed, then again in the second half there was another that was pretty egregious.

???

It's not...
offside unless the ball is snapped or it draws a false start.

ding ding ding
Correct.  The ball has to be snapped while the defender is in the neutral zone, otherwise there is no foul.

i thought i saw a couple close calls
i remember watching the game thinking the same thing.  if they weren't offsides on a couple occasions, they were very close.  but i don't have any tapes to review it..so i'm going to assume they got it right.  but i do agree, there were a couple close ones.

what's new...
officials blowing calls...what's new? They have been horrible this season. I love how they are missing so many holding calls yet will flag bogus PI calls.

Seems clear officials are possibly given a quota or they set a goal of how many calls they want to make per game and they will just chuck them out whenever rather than actually see if it is a true penalty.

Just another example of the shitty 07 season which I'm hoping is not an indication of how the league is going to keep declining because if this is just a sign of things to come then I'll stop watching.
