More good news: Marvin Harrison will play Sunday against the Titans

Marvin practiced again today, and the NFL better be ready, because the best WR in football is about to be unleashed:

Indianapolis Colts receiver Marvin Harrison practiced again today with the first team and is expected to play Sunday night against Tennessee.

Coach Tony Dungy said before today's practice that if Harrison could practice and was not sore, he would start.

I was happy to hear that and hope he can play well in the playoffs.

On a diff note, damn BBS, when you start spouting off the jizzing you come off like a Pats fan. I think Marvin is great but he isn't the best WR in football. He's one of the bets but no way is he the best now. Add this to you saying Freeney is one of the 2 best defensive players in the nfl (and as much as I like Bobzilla, I won't know if I'd consider him one as well but I might) and well, you have issues.

Quit being a homer. OR, be a homer but don't rag on Pats fans/media people WHEN THEY DO THE SAME THING. Hypocrisy doesn't help your cause and makes you look silly.

You write enough logical/intelligent/insightful stuff to NOT HAVE TO DO THIS.

but i agree with Rob and Terry on this one.
I love reading your blog, but you are being hypocrytical by calling out the pats fans/media types for being homers when you do the exact same thing.

Pats fans

Pats fans are totally allowed to be homers. The media isn't. It's their job to objectively look at sports and report the events for those of us who didn't see the game. So, guys like Tom Curran have no business bashing Tony Dungy and dismissing Indy's Super Bowl. I expect that from fans, not paid media.

And if you disagree with me on Marvin, fine. You're wrong, but that's cool. This is the only year Marvin got hurt, and prior to this season he was, without question, the best WR in football. Stats, ring, you name it: Show me another receiver and I'll show you how Marvin is better. He's the best WR this league has seen since Jerry Rice.

And when Marvin lights it up in the playoffs, I will remind you (and Ron L and Terry) about this. :)
