Patriots spying on Jets?

A video tape has been sent to the league office recorded by a Patriot cameraman, supposedly with defensive signals on it. Here is the story from ESPN.
This obviously isn't something that will help them in real time. However, against a division opponent, who they play later in the year, it might be useful.
The article also talks about this same guy getting kicked out of Lambeau Field last year, on suspiscion of doing the same thing.
Very interesting, but probably a non-story.
