Poor Belichick

Hey everyone.  I've never posted a diary before but I just couldn't resist.  And before I even say anything let me preface my statements by saying I know they are a bit low-brow....

but.....

http://deadspin.com/assets/resources/2008/01/belichickherpe.jpg

Sure, he has more rings than Dungy.  Yes, he has more post-season wins that Dungy.  But Bill Belichick has way more herpes than Dungy; so who really wins?

Low Brow!
Your statements are so low they set the standard for being low. W/ statements that low a snake could crawl under a log w/ a top hat on. And you guys talk about the pats not being classy?

What do you care?
For someone who tolerates Randy Moss, you don't have much of a pulpit for preaching about "class". Go slip back under the rock in NE you slithered out from underneath.

by PaytonMenning on Jan 30, 2008 1:30 AM EST up reply actions

Apparently you don't
Have much of a pulpit either. As for Moss, he's been a perfect gentleman since he's been w/ the pats. And as for the rock you implied that I crawled out of, as a pats fan I'm far too "classy" [ just like L.T.] to engage you.

oh yeah?
Hitting a woman is being "a perfect gentleman" in your book?

Now that's class.

It's just a he said, she said, situation
I don't know about you but I have an ex wife who has made it her mission in life to bad mouth me to anyone that will listen, and get every last cent out of me that she can. We all have heard the old adage "Hell hath no fury.......". So w/ all that being said, if you want to get your fuel to feed your hatred for the pats from the tabloids, you are sounding a little desperate my friend.

Randy's had his share of incidents ...
Just look at his history in Minnesota. He's not exactly what you'd call credible.

While I agree it's he said, she said. I tend to believe her, since Moss' history is so poor.

Oh, and in case you missed it ...
here's the story:

http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/years/2008/0116081moss1.html

And by the way, since this came out, Moss has changed his story about it a few times. At first he denied it happened, I think now he's on the version of the story that says it was an "accident".

Moss' history doesn't give him any leeway in these types of incidents.

Not to worry...
The super-violent Randy Moss will be lead - on & off the football field - in handcuffs and leg-irons.

The Giants have requested that the handcuffs remain on for the duration of the game, N.Y. coach Tom Coughlin was quoted "How will the young women attending this game ever feel safe.. feel comfortable.. with that brute Randy Moss running free in the stadium?".

The NFL has taken the Giants request under consideration, from Commissioner Goodell: "The league shares your concern about the safety of all Super Bowl bound women. We are very aware of the danger Moss poses and the violent behavior he has exihibed around women".

League officials feel that though Moss is an extraoridary receiver, playing with handcuffs may be unfair, given that this is the biggest game of the year. As of this moment, the NFL is leaning toward placing sharpshooters in key positions around the upper levels of the Univ. of Phoenix Stadium. Said Goodell: "If this guy gets out of hand... we'll take him down"

This is true class ...
Defending a guy who hits women. What if it was your sister/daughter/mother?

As I have stated in earlier posts...
Can we all officially stop using the following terms:  "class", "classless", "our team has class", "that team has no class", "they need to get some class", "classy organization", "classless", and any other phase containing any of the derivatives of class.

that my friends...
Belichick has been diagnosed witha rare skin disorder that aflicks only the most winning of pro football coaches... Winning Coach syndrome. Each week, as he adds another victory it gets a bit worse. Doctors have assured him that once the Giants are knocked off on Sunday, the healing will begin. And you thought that winning nineteen in a row was only tough on the vanquished coaches!

You will notice that Dungy does not suffer from Winning Coach syndrome, though he does have a touch of Losing Coach syndrome - which is characterized by a football-shaped head. The prospects for his recovery are slim.
