The Rams got rid of him. I liked him as a Colt, I thought he had a lot of promise. Should we go back after him?

Uhhhh

If Condron got beat out by Silva in Indi and couldn’t make it on a team that has lost about every game, then I believe he has very little promise.

I hope he'll at least get signed to the PS

if another team doesn’t take him. When saying he couldn’t cut it with the Rams remember he has to change systems and terminology.

The Rams were pretty high in wavier order so the Colts might not even be able to sign him to the roster if other teams still want him.

Rams

If the Rams had started the season using a Cover 2 style defense, they’d have a better record now. Imagine Adam Carriker, Chris Long, and Lenard Little attacking the QB. Condren, an experienced Cover 2 safety, would have thrived in that system.

Goes to show you that coaching, REAL coaching, and smart personnel evaluation are what makes a team good. All the teams have talent. Few have the coaches and management smart enough to maximize their abilities.

For sure

they have been awful against the deep pass when I’ve seen them. A cover-2 would at least make them bad at something that isn’t a total deathblow to a team.
