Stokley's 10th

Espn reported that Brandon Stokley suffered his tenth career concussion this past Sunday, and is still feeling the effects of it.

I know when he was with us he was a real favorite of mine and it brings up a real question. Is it time to call it quits for the sake of health? Should he give up on his career to protect his mental and physical stability in his later years? What is everyone's opinion here. As a friend would you encourage him one way or the other?

Definitely quit.

Just take a look at Mike Webster. Sad story.

I always liked Stokley. From what I have heard, once a person suffers a concussion, they are more likely to be susceptible to them. Might want to remove himself from the position of being him numerous times a week.

Stokely

Stokely has had a great career and was an integral part of what I consider to be the best team of all time,…..the 2005 Colts. And, if it wasn’t for the fact that the team lost a little focus toward the end of the season, mostly likely due to the horrible tragedy of the death of Dungy’s son, he would have a ring with the Colts. But, he’s always been one of my favorites and I hope he puts his health first.
