Colts re-sign RB Clifton Dawson

Dawson was the #3 RB all last year. He lost his job in training camp to Mike Hart. Now, with Hart and Joseph Addai hurt, Dawson is back. No word yet on who was cut or (potentially) IRed to make room for Dawson.

he’s the 5th CB even not counting Hayden. Marlin, Jennings, Hughes, Ratliff, Graham.

So potentially

Hayden and Hart could be IRed, depending on the severity of injuries. Or, Senn / Nick Graham get cut (possibly both)

man I hope Hayden doesn't get IR'd

We take a huge hit, especially in run support with Jennings in the lineup. Also, I met Hayden at St. Elmo’s before the 2006 season and he gave his seats for the Jacksonville game that year. So I pull for him more than the average guy.

But with Marlin being nicked up and Jennings being an injury waiting to happen, I think they might hold onto Graham.

I assume no one actually knows what the injury to Hart’s knee is ya?

We Colts fans did not pay $720 million dollars in public funds to build a brand new stadium that will get opened on Sunday Night Football by Jim Friggin Sorgi.

Nothing worse? You mean like his leg getting amputated from the knee down? An acl tear is a horrible injury, especially considering he’s a freakin rookie. I’m going to hold out hope that it was just a sprain of some kind. Besides he isn’t on IR yet is he?

50 passes in the next game? I say over. Rhodes, Dawson, Simpson is a pretty crappy group of backs. Even against Green Bay, I’d just be happy with 3 a run with that group.
