New Blog: Sounder At Heart for Seattle Sounders Fans!

CB Kelvin Hayden remains out this week and Dungy confirmed that he had surgery to repair damaged meniscus. He will return this season.
......
One of the other players mentioned as a possibility for the roster, Justin Forsett, was signed to the active roster yesterday off of Seattle's practice squad. So, it's possible the Colts tried to sign Forsett. Teams have the ability to protect practice squad players by signing them to the roster.
..........
Hagler said he doesn't expect to start this week
.........
(Sanders) is not expected to play Sunday. Dungy said he doesn't believe the knee is an issue, they are waiting on the ankle to fully heal.

I would have liked that

Forsett gives us a different look than Dawson, and has the added dimension of maybe growing into a solid returner. In fairness to the guy, he was given like 3 practices to adjust to our personnel and return schemes. He showed serious flashes of explosiveness in the preseason in Seattle. Too bad we couldn’t have demoted him to our PS instead of cutting him and kept him around.

I think Sanders is like Clark and Saturday in Week 2

A non-conference game is not as important as the Monday Nighter next week. I’m guessing we’ll be seeing #21 out there in Nashville.

Some were saying he would practice this week

and he still might. The recovery was suppose to be 4-6 weeks, it’ll be 5 weeks on Sunday.
