Titans

I guess we won't be spewing any more of the crap that the Titans are overrated. We can still say they have beat another losing team, though. Us. But they have won every game they have played, and they should be able to walk away with this division.

I am not ripping the Colts here. I dislike the bandwagon crowd in general. But it's time for everyone to give the Titans the credit they deserve. Some words will be eaten tonight. They are a good team. Will they win the super bowl? Who knows. It's a long season. But a four game lead in the South is impressive at this point. Honestly.

And I guess Lendale White wasn't so horrible in his statement either. We are mediocre right now, though I believe that we can turn it around still. I do believe that a combination of injuries, Peyton's recovery, and little timing adjustments are alot of the problem. But we are, as of right now, average. Average with great potential upside.

I am just trying to say that it's time Tennessee received the credit they have been due for being a solid team with one of the greatest coaches in the league. I think very highly of Coach Fisher. This is a first class organization.

Now, let's get back on track, Colts! I believe we can.

I’m hoping for a Titans v. Pats AFC championship game, then a Titans v. Packers Superbowl with a narrow Titans victory. Then I could laugh at Brady and Favre and their media teabaggers and the Colts could have a chance to smack down the reigning SB champions twice in ’09. And my man-crush Jeff Fisher would finally get a Superbowl win as a head coach, which would be gravy.

most consistent defense

The titans may have the best defense in football right now.. That being said, I think the playoffs are a different story. Generally I think it is the more experienced teams that go deep into the playoffs and the titans don’t have that yet. It toke the colts and most teams a few tries to learn to win in the post season. As San Diego proved a couple of years ago, the veteran teams can kick it to a different level in the post season.

Are the titans good? You don’t go 7-0 no matter how soft your schedule AND beat all divisional rivals in the process if you aren’t.

Are they a superbowl team …. that remains to be seen.

An expert is someone who knows more and more about less and less until they know everything about nothing...

Nothing Negative

I have nothing negative to say about the Titans at this point. They beat us and deserve props. Perhaps we were the monkey on their backs that they’ve now knocked off. I’ve always liked and respected Fisher. Congratulations on the win Titans fans. Hope the rematch is just as good.

Congrats to the Titans.

They were coached better. They played better. And, I was happy with the way we played…for the most part. They didn’t beat the same Colts that went into Green Bay. They beat a Colts team that was closer to the team I’ve come to expect.

The Titans earned this win. They’ve earned my respect. Their fans have every reason to be proud of them.

That said, I hope we can get a Wild Card, so we can beat them in the playoffs!! :)

GO COLTS!

thanks for the class

(maybe it will rub off on the moderator)

in all honesty, if the colts play as well as they did against the titans, a wild card is well in reach of you guys. i was super impressed by the response of the run-d, the run-o, both areas i figured the titans would dominate. also dallas clark flat out abused our lbs in coverage all night.
i still believe this is the best division in the afc, no doubt in my mind by the end of the year, the south will have 2 playoff teams. peyton didnt just forget how to be a good qb. cut down on mistakes and things will turn around i bet.

It's nice to see some decency on this site.

When you have to deal with all of BBS’s junk its good to see some class.
