New Blog: World Soccer Digest for Soccer Fans!

Can somebody give me an SB Nation Football Hub, please?

Well, that sure was fast:

NFL Scores, Schedule and Blog Posts - SB Nation

Introducing the new SB Nation NFL Scoreboard hub, another glorious invention from SB Nation tech pharaoh: Trei (I call him pharaoh because he is, truly, a god on earth). This hub is a centralized place that provides all football blog information leading up to the week's games. From updated scores to recent posts on all the football blogs, this hub has it all. Hubs like this are becoming more and more standard throughout SB Nation, such as the Race to the BCS hub. We hope you like them. If you have suggestions on some additional features you'd like to see, drop them in the comments or shoot me an email.

This is awesome!

Being cable/satellite-deprived (long story for another time), except for cable internet, we often queue up several games on various tabs, and between broadcast tv and the computer, we get a pretty good sampling of the games (the PC is wired to the big-screen TV, so we switch over to that when we please; otherwise, I’m in the corner on the PC while another game is on TV).

Oh yeah, and we have NFL Fieldpass that gives streaming local radio of all 16 games, from 32 perspectives.

Anyway, one of the things that really enhances the otherwise “radio + gamecast” version of important games is reading (and contributing to) the SB Nation coverage.

Heretofore, I’ve always had my 6 “fave” team blogs (note: not the same as fave teams) bookmarked in Firefox, so I can “open in tabs”, but whenever I wanted to peek at another team, I had to open a new tab, go to the main SB Nation page and drill down, while simultaneously keeping one up for the ESPN Scoreboard, etc.

This new offering from SB Nation is much betta than the old dog chow!! Can’t wait to try it out tomorrow. Thanks to all involved with pulling it off!

May the wind be always at your back, and may your placekicker have icewater in his veins.
