New Blog: The Boxing Bulletin for Boxing Fans!

This one is for Shake N Bake!

I know your informative post over at MCM is just for fun and you really dont think that you can actually win the division. So in light of your fun I thought that I would have some of my own. These shirts have already shipped to all Hibbett Sporting Goods stores in TN. And I will have one SUNDAY as long as the BROWNS take care of business! I guess you and all of my other frinds on StampedeBlue are the only people who honestly think you still have a shot. ( IF you will let me know your shirt size I will make sure you get one of these :) )

And now the real reason for this post. Just wanted to wish all of you Colts fans a very Happy Thanksgiving. I enjoy our rivalry and picking back and forth with you guys and gals. This is what makes the NFL so great. Thanks for being real fans.

Your Friend,

Vincanity ( Fan of the 2008 AFC SOUTH CHAMPION TENNESSEE TITANS )

wowowowowowow the Titans might win the division for the first time in about 2085299852938325 years. Let’s all throw a party because that means absolutely nothing if the Titans blow it in the playoffs. horaaaaayyyyyy

you guys are the experts at blowing it in the playoffs after all

so only one of indy’s division championships means anything?

by hal41605 on Nov 28, 2008 1:17 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Basically yes, but at least the Colts make it to the playoffs on a regular basis and have shown dominance on more than one occasion. Oh and I forget to mention they have a Super Bowl title. Winning the division for the first time in what, 6 years, doesn’t exactly give you people room to shit talk already.

only responding to your shit talk

the only reason i ever come over here is because peyton is a bit of a hero to me, and i like to follow his career as closely as possible. when the titans were still the oilers and were about to come to nashville, i led the charge for them to tank their season so they could draft peyton. so clearly i respect the colts chances going forward this season now that peyton looks like peyton again. it’s just ironic as hell to hear some colts fans talk about performing in the playoffs because it’s the same argument all the pats fans (i live in boston) used to bash me over the head with when i revealed what a big peyton fan i was.

the division IS basically sewn up for us, but i realize that’s more because of how the colts started the season, not how they are playing now or will play in the future.

ps. am i terrified of having to listen to you people if the colts were to beat the titans in the playoffs? damn right, and that matchup is looking pretty likely at this point. the boys in uniform will settle this one, one way or another.

he can dish it out, but he can't take it

i enjoy a good shit talk exchange as much as the next guy, but when somebody who clearly loves to talk trash starts on with all this “the titans and their fans are classless”, and “ignore their trolling even though i’m just as bad” bullshit it just strikes me as not only hypocritical, but also ridiculously fake. those are two of my biggest pet peeves. if you are going to talk shit when you are winning, there is no pouting when you get it right back when you are losing.
and yes you can hold me to that standard, as i’m sure you guys will the next time it’s appropriate.

Rivalry?

Please. Colts-Pats is a rivalry. The Titans are more like the redheaded stepchild who decided to use HGH over the summer and finally give his older brother a challenge.

by BSanders37 on Nov 27, 2008 9:09 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

i think that's just steriods

and HGH doesn’t actual enhance performance. Users get bigger, but the added muscle isn’t functional.

I thought that was one of the similar side effects

But the stepchild still gets caught and kicked out of school, becomes homeless while the older brother gets rich and famous.

If I have learned anything from watching the Colts this season

its, it aint over till its over. I will anoint the Titans as AFC South champs once its all said and done. Until then, the reigning champs are still the Colts.

Sorry that's actually wrong.

Your season’s not over, but you’ve lost the AFC South. Enjoy the memories.

by BeansCarter on Nov 28, 2008 12:23 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

yes, we'll see you in the playoffs and for you

If you think this AFC South winning season is a multi year thing, you would be very wrong. Enjoy this season while it last. We expect old Vince Young to come through for you guys next season. Like I said………enjoy.

Again

Its still possible for us to win the south. I dont expect to, but its over yet.

Them’s the facts.
