Adam Vinatieri is the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week
I've lost track of how many times he has won this weekly award. Point is, he is still very good and worth every penny the Colts pay him. I debate this with shake n bake all the time, but Adam V is still one of the best kickers in all of football. I'll challenge anyone who disagrees with me on that, including smart, knowledgeable Colts fans like shake n bake. Hey, if we agreed on everything, this would be a BORING blog. Anyway, Adam V = Still money!

I would say he’s the most clutch kicker in the league, but not the best or most accurate (during the season). With that said, I’m glad he is with the Colts because they wouldn’t have been able to beat the Ravens in the playoffs during the super bowl run.
Heck if you look stats, you can say Mike Vanderijackedup was one of the most accurate kickers at one point when he was with the Colts.
