We had seen it before... first and goal from the 5...

from a power running team. They get up to the 2, and then stuffed on 2nd and 3rd downs.

I saw a different defense today, where have they been all year?

Foster’s, Australian for RUN STUFFER!

While that was a huge play in the game

There were many others that played fantastic. Both corners, Ratliff and Jennings, played extremely well. Bullitt made a hell of a play on the final hail mary as well. One handed, with a Steeler right behind him.

Even more than saving 4 points by Foster, it was the first time ALL YEAR the Colts have stopped a rush on 3rd and short. Hell of a way to start that off.

the best part about it was he was double teamed, went low, then popped out. body slam, WWE style

indeed

It was an incredible play. I don’t know how he did it, but thank God for Eric Foster.

I missed this game

But good god what a win, and what a play by the rookie. There’s been buzz on him since he first put on a Colts jersey and he showed why in a big way. Shedding blocks and delivering a monster hit.

I jumped out of my seat on the HUGE HUGE GAMESAVING foster tackle AND the jenning interception. for all the rips against this guy that was a fantastic interception.

hail to reggie wayne for keeping his concentration. 40 years ago. the streak is over. the colts are very much in the thick of the playoff picture now

and great second half DEFENSE

HUGE PLAY

Props to Eric on that play. Great to see. I hope he keeps it up, that D needs it.

Antonio Johnson?

Was he perhaps why the D line played better? Was he enough of a load to the Steelers that he freed up the other D linemen?

In any event, congrats to Foster and the team. If Marvin can get straightened out, this team is going to be formidable again.

Antonio Johnson

He played alot at NT today, don’t know if anyone noticed but on the play by Foster, AJ was lined up right beside him and stuffed his man forcing Moore to Foster.

Overall great day by the two positions which going into today where considered the weakest (CB and DT). 2 Picks and a goal line stuff!!! Great stuff.

They may have

Solved the NT problem by signing Johnson. That led to a better overall D play and more effective at stopping the run. If Marv hadn’t dropped those two TDs then we could’ve won by a bigger margin (of course also helping my fantasy team;))

?

didn’t notice he was playing but that would explain alot with the defense playing better and all. he didnt record any tackles according to NFL.com but his presence and pressure was all that was required from him so our smaller, faster players can get the big plays

He was active, but didn't start

that’s all I know now.

It seemed like he was in on a majority of plays.

and one of the biggest plays that nobody is mentioning is the drop by polamalu which could have ended the game then and there. he makes that int and its 24-7. that was a HUGE DROP and I said after it happen that could be the play of the game.

Clark reached out and got a hand on it

right before it went into Polamalu’s hands.

Yeah

Dallas was definitely playing some defense on that ball, to break up a pretty sure INT.

Props to Foster

That was an awesome play.

I think Foster got Moore on 2nd down too

someone cut out Moore’s legs as he tried to leap over the pile. It’s hard to tell who, but I think it was him, along with Mathis flying around the corner grabbing a leg.

Johnson was noticeable

in his first game for us, and in a good way. A great team effort this week.
