That is the Indy Star's PhilB (left), flashing gang signs and his "bling" as he vlogs along with Bob Kravitz (right). I mean, Phil is either flashing signs, or touching himself inappropriately. I can't decide which. Notice that we are in December, and PhilB is wearing a tropical T outdoors.
