Take a trip back in time with me.
I'm sure most everybody here remembers last year when the pats came to the Dome. It was an interesting game, considering the Colts only lost by 4 to teh graytist teem evarrrrr (lmao) with half of their starters injured. But nevertheless, the specific event from that game I am referring to right now royally pissed me off. As if I didn't hate those cheating dickwads enough, there was a play towards the end of the game. Brady was in the shotgun, and they needed a first down to basically ice the game. Now, I'm going to link you to a youtube clip of this exact play that I'm talking about, pay particular attention to the events following the catch.

Did you hear what came out of Welker's mouth? I know I did. Something along the lines (exact quote tbh) of, "You fucking suck!" Yeah...about that Wes...

Now excuse me while I laugh. I hope you die of internal bleeding you fag.

If anybody had as much trouble as I did in following the second link, it’s right here
That is one sweet hit there.
And yes, I remember Welker’s last comment of that game. I thought it was totally uncalled for. They had just won the game, for crying out loud!
In fact, I believe I posted my outrage at the time. I even sent a complaint letter to the FCC. Never heard anything, though.
Check it to Pancakes! Pancakes!

Ummmmm
Last I checked I’m not the one posting about grown men swearing, in a game played by adults.
and needing to gain a game and a half doesn’t worry me in the least. maybe you think it should, but, als, it doesn’t.

I'm pretty sure it's about poor sportsmanship
Nothing wrong with swearing, but saying “You fucking suck!” while a game is all but over is pretty damn stupid.

Good
I hate that little asshole. Brandon Stokely without the deep pass ability. Ryan Clark should get paid 50,000 for that amazing hit. I don’t see why he would be fined. Jacking up Patriots players should not be against the rules.

Yeah, he came up after that hit
with the most ‘dazed and confuzed’ look I’ve ever seen on a player. I was laughing my ass off. I can’t stand that whiney little shit.

Agreed. I wish it was Sanders who laid that hit on his ass.

Speaking of tackling, was I the only one laughing my ass off when I saw Manning trying to tackle that guy who recovered Addai’s fumble. That was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.

that wasn't bad for a QB
looked horribly awkward, but he kept the guy from getting outside and while the guy was stopped trying to juke Peyton Pollak stuck him.

Especially considering he has the mobility of a rock. :)
It was cute…I was saying “awww, look at him….”
Not too bad, all things considered.

As long as we're going back in time
in this post, that particular loss to the Patriots was one of my lowest three points as a Colts fan. We had that game in the bag which was impressive not only because it was against a great team, but because the Colts weren’t even playing with two of their best receivers that game…..Harrison and Gonzales. It took a miracle comeback of two Patriot touchdowns in the last eight minutes for them to snatch that game away. That game definitely should have been ours. Another low for me was the San Diego regular season loss in 2005 as well as the failed hail Mary by Jim Harbaugh against the Steelers in the AFC championship game in the mid nineties. All of those were low points because the games were very significant games, they were also close and could easily have been won.
As far as some of the positive moments in Colt’s history go…..for me, it was exciting when Eric Dickerson became a Colt. I can still remember the headline in the Star read….‘INDY ERIC!’ After watching Dickerson rip through the Bucs for years when he was with the Rams, it was nice to have him on my side for a change. Also, the Jim Harbaugh years were one of my favorite eras in Colts history. He was one of the most gritty, determined, and tough QBs in history. He may not have put up the lopsided victories and record breaking performances of Peyton, but it was nice to have him on our side after going through guys like Pagel. And, obviously, the Peyton Manning/Reggie Wayne/Marvin Harrison years gave us the best product of all and the most thrilling seasons. Overall, it’s been a great ride.
I just hope that when Peyton and Reggie decide to hang it up, that the Colts have a great new QB in place, because as important as all the positions are, the QB is obviously where it all starts.

I wasn't that broken up about the loss to that team last year
We were still – what – 12-0 at that point? and already in the playoffs? What really stood out for me in this game was that Brady started to lose his cool – it was one of the first and only times I saw him do that. Everyone plays him up as Mr. Cool and Peyton as Mr. Emotional, but in that game it was reversed and it was fun to watch him start to crack. Of course I also didn’t believe that any team would really go undefeated in the regular season so I may have been more upset…

Does anyone else find it ironic that this is exactly what the Colts have been doing to other teams all season long? I wish the Colts would have slaughtered them too, but it was all moot in the end. The Colts’ injuries were just too much to deal with in the end. It’s a shame, and definitely not a great memory, but watcha gonna do?

You're right
and from an opposing team’s fan perspective, the worst would have to be the victory over the Texans. That really WAS their game, and it took an amazing freakshow of events to happen at the end of that game….probably the most improbable victory in Colts history.
