both would be 12-4
head to head would be 1-1
in division both would have 2 losses (1 to jags and one to colts/titans)
plus the colts would have 2 losses in conference compared with 4 for the titans

What I hate most about Time Outs/coach callenges:
commercials… it gives them more time for those crappy commercials. They have too many commercials in games nowadays anway. I hate it when they go to commercial to come back just seconds before a snap (and more often than not right after a snap)
