Wow..
Uhm.. i sure hope not. I've been checking out some pictures of him from practice camp/etc, and it seems as if his left knee is bigger in some weird way.. http://starbulletin.com/2001/01/31/sports/arte.jpg http://www.sportstraveler.net/media/colts.jpg http://blogs.knoxnews.com/knx/telebuddy/archives/manning.jpg But i guess i dno, probably just speculations.

Looks like a good case of bursitis.  I had that for a brief period when I was in the Marine Corps.  It's pretty much just water on your knee that pools up and expands the skin.  Doesn't affect mobility at all, and is painless too.  Nothing to worry about.  Probably what happened when he got that knee jacked up a few years back.

I'm sure if it was anything serious that he wouldn't be playing in the pro bowl. No doubt he'll be fine by training camp so it's all good.
