My congratulations go out to Leslie Frazier. Though this new promotion is in title only, I think everyone here knows that Frazier is going to be a good head coach somewhere in the NFL. He proved it here with the job he did with the secondary and the number 1 ranking he led Minnesota to in total defense last year.
I like Jim Caldwell, but I think that Leslie Frazier would certainly be a capable replacement to Tony Dungy. If Caldwell, for some reason does not ever become the HC at Indy, I'd love for Frazier to be given serious consideration.
