Seahawks..
released Shaun Alexander! At the end of the article it has a vague reference that the Colts and the Patriots are interested.
Signing him = good idea or bad idea?
i personally wouldnt mind him on the team, but he probably wants to start somewhere, which is doubtful imo.
if we draft forte or cj (preferably CJ) then we could have quite a trio if he came here. i doubt the colts will sign him though because we dont do free-agency :(

well...
The Seattle fans can probably say more, but you don’t go from setting records one season to nothing the next. He’s either seriously hurt for the long term or has lost his ability to play.
Id rather use the roster spot on someone who’s up and coming and hungry. I just don’t get the impression that he’s hungry anymore, but maybe this will light a fire under his ass.

Training Camp at Most
Let him compete with Clint Dawson or a UDFA for the spot. Hopefully that would motivate him.

No thanks
Alexander is past his prime. He is soft and he shies away from hits other backs would run through. He doesn’t have the speed he used to…
...But most importantly, he is just a creepy dude. Watching interviews with him just weirds me out. No sir, I don’t like him.

No
Shaun Alexander can’t catch, Sub-Kenton Keith catch % of 57 last year. 54 in his 2005 MVP season.
Strike one.
He hates pass blocking
Strike two
and finally he ran like crap
Strike three
No way, don’t want him
