any updates on marvin situation?

or is this thing just going to blow over? my guess is that he is charged with a misdemeanor (sp?) because his gun was involved. however, they will not be able to prove if he was or was not the shooter. maybe it just blows over all together. thoughts?

That there might never be any charges on anyone. It’s pretty weird that there can be a shooting at 5 o’ clock in the afternoon and there hasn’t been one witness. Combine this with the current police shooting the police are looking after, this thing will blow over, and Marvin will be wrongfully stuck with the “thug” tag without ever doing anything. Of course that will be by Pats fans. Most of them have one goal in life. To make the Colts look as bad as them.
