Polian dosent care if they dont sign picks
![]()
Colts GM Bill Polian says he "could care less" if the team's draft picks don't sign in time for training camp. This is original. "We haven't made any progress. None," he said. "If these players don’t want to sign because the union thinks our offers are too low or the agents are afraid to sign or whatever other excuses they use, it doesn’t matter to me." None of the Colts' nine picks are signed.

Polian and the rookies
I happen to agree with his stance on this:
1 These rookies haven’t earn the right to hold out for anything, show it on the field of play then you get the bonus.
2 If they are there just to see how much they can squeeze money wise out of the org. then F’em the will to play the game just for the game is what our team need’s,which has been lost over the years by all this big money. If more coaches had the balls to stand up like this maybe there could be something done about this overpaying of rookies who hadn’t contributed any thing toward the game or team
