Pass catchers with names starting with "H" have done very well so far, with only one of the 15 passes thrown to them not resulting in a completion. Both Roby and Keith have struggled to turn targets into completions. Mike Hart impresses on the recieving end as well, catching all five passes thrown to him and gaining all most ten yards per catch. Robinson has put up a Utecht like performance, catching a good percent of the passes thrown to him for consistant meduim range gains.

Shake....
Are you reading my mind. I have a draft for a VERY similar series right now saved on this blog. I just haven’t had the time to finish it up. It’s even entitled “The preseason up to now”.
I also blog at Speed Blue Nation
Also
Did you notice the catch percentage for the first team O, or the team that gets the ball from Sorgi? I think it’s around 55% or less. That’s sad

I was just bored and knew I hadn't posted in a while
and that idea popped up.

and Sorgi has the highest completion %
by a pretty solid margin. I don’t think it’s that.

NIce to see marvin back on the list and some depth
hey I am just glad to see marvin back on the list and the depth we have at wide receiver (and no more moorehead). Our offense hasn’t lived back up to the the recording setting TD season with loosing stokely and maybe with this kind of depth and improvement on the O-line peyton can make brady’s TD record a short lived one….

preseason targets?
Where did you find preseason targets and who even tracks that stuff?
I just went through the Play by play
the scorers put an intended receiver for every pass. It just doesn’t get listed in the box score. Firefox’s find tool makes it really easy. I just told it to find the players name I was count targets for and counted each time he was listed as the intended WR. It was only two games to go through so it was very quick for how useful the info was.
