Lombardi is not backing down from his sources or his report. That’s all the quote says. So, basically, either Lombardi, his sources, or the Colts are lying.

BBS I’m quite sure you read the authurs bio and it is very impressive,has a lot of experience in the NFL so I’m sure he has a few good sources.
