firefox add on
I don't know if anyone else has stumbled on this, but if you use firefox (version 2) there is a colts theme addon... I have it running on my browser now.. Is kind of neat since it gives you horseshoes with all your icons, it colts colours of course... I can't seem to get a screen capture or I'd put that up too..
Anybody else know of any good backgrounds or screensavers with a colts theme?
Though I must admit since I spend a lot of hours on a computer it is kind of a tease staring at colts logo when we haven't seen a game in months....
How the hell long is 75 words?

If you go to the add-on and click on themes you can downloads at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:2 – you just have to search for colts..

I’ve seen it and even had it downloaded when I had FF v.2. It’s cool, but I had to change it b/c all of the buttons look the same (horseshoe). Congrats to the creator though. I know he must have spent a lot of time on it. There is a Firefox member named BoltsPlanet that has done themes for several NFL and college teams. From what I’ve seen, they look pretty good. I tried asking if he’d do one for the Colts, but I never got a response. I finally decided I was going to do my own theme, but I haven’t had much time to play around with it. If/when I ever get to it, StampedeBlue readers will be the first to know.

Maybe
I can throw one together…I mean I design websites, so how hard could a browser theme be? I wonder what they use to program the UI with…
I also blog at Speed Blue Nation
Shouldn't Be Hard
It shouldn’t be that hard if you are familiar with programming. I believe FF has a tutorial on how to create themes. I’ll post the link if I can find it again.

Firefox
FireFox 2.0 has a GIANT memory leak and will slow your comp down. You should upgrade to FireFox 3.0 ASAP!
never noticed a speed problem
i have never noticed a speed problem with firefox 2.0 , but then everything I work on is high end chips and high speed internet connections so it probably isn’t that big a deal.

Firefox 3.0
I participated in the Download Day and got 3.0 when it was officially released. I haven’t had any problems whatsoever. A few of my add-ons weren’t compatible, but those have since been resolved.
Any memory leak is a bad thing, even if you don’t notice a difference.
