Madden '09 Roster

Does anyone here know when and how often the roster is updated for download online? Like for example, Brady's injury? Ed Johnson and Eric Foster? I don't play online, but would love to have an updated roster to work with for my franchise.

(Aargh! Not enough words yet! Okay, question. If you were up to your neck in a barrell of puke, and someone was going to throw a bucket of snot at your head, WOULD YOU DUCK?)

They have all of the updates on when they are coming out. To get the roster updates, you just have to start an online game (when you are picking teams), it will ask you to update them, and then you can leave. My Gold subscription ran out a few days ago so I need to get it renewed. I’m pretty sure a new one is coming out soon.
