2008 Practice Squad finalized

PrintFS Brandon Foster and OT Dane Uperesa were the final two players added. The squad is as such:
- QB Josh Betts
- FS Brandon Foster
- SS Jamie Silva
- WR Samuel Giguere
- OT Tala Esera
- RB Chad Simpson
- OT Michael Toudouze
- OT Dane Uperesa
So, no Colin "DT, not actor" Ferrell on the practice squad it seems.
