Deadspin auteur A.J. Daulerio was kind enough to ask me to preview the 2008 Indianapolis Colts season for Deadspin. Hope you enjoy.

BBS, you rock.

That was fantastic!

So, if you were hoping and praying the Colts were going to go away this season, just remember that Jesus doesn’t listen to you. He listens to Tony Dungy, and his faithful flock of Ned Colts Fans.

Dang-didly great!

Awesome stuff BBS.

That was funny, to bad you aren’t able to go to a Boston bar wearing the Colts attire and really take care of business probably would be to easy to identify to be able to get away with anything.

You'd be stopped getting off the plane

We have reverse security at Logan Airport. You’re not allowed to leave the gate if you have a blue horshoe on your person.

Just fly to Manchester Regional Airport

…in NH. They’re even dumber than Bostonians, but most of ‘em have Ford F150’s and gun racks. They may shoot first.

LMAO

That was frickin’ hilarious.

Cool that you mention Colts fans being nice. Just yesterday I went to PatsPulpit in good sportsmanship wishing them luck and hoping that a friendly rivalry between us fans ensues.

Beware

If you really want to read the cream of the crock from the Pat fans go to the forum on the Globe or the ESPN forum, warning take a weapon for self protection they get insane on there about the mention of the Colts,I believe it must have something to do with all that kool-ade they kept bragging about along with the best team ever 19-0 thing they were so fast to throw in anyone’s face.

When you get right down to it I suppose it’s just the realization that there is a great chance it could all come back on them this season, like the old saying, they see the writing on the wall.

Bawby...

Hey, I know that guy!! Patriots fan (under his breath) says, “It’s my brother-in-law.”

Wow, that was the most epic column you’ve ever written BBS, excellent work.

We Colts fans did not pay $720 million dollars in public funds to build a brand new stadium that will get opened on Sunday Night Football by Jim Friggin Sorgi.

I was disappointed that you didn't use the word "schmuck" anywhere

Great stuff as always.

Made Me LOL!!!

Keep up the good work BBS! I’ve got an idea: we should all coordinate on Sunday morning around 9:00am and decide on and go to one good, well known Pats blog or site and all leave “Ned Colts Fan” comments and watch their servers crash and burn when they log on to retaliate!

Great idea! I love it.

If Mrs. Frozz approves, of course. Otherwise, we could just spend the extra quality time with our wives. I hate getting hit.

My Wife Loves Colts football...

We’re both Indy Homer’s now living in Columbus, OH who put on the Blue & White and hit the sports bar for all the games! Fortunately, the Browns, Bengals and even the Steelers fans here are respectful and fun to have a beer with! Now, the OSU Buckeye fans (did U know a buckeye leaf looks exactly like a pot leaf?), are another story.

Buckeyes Fans

I married into a family full of them. Fortunately I was able to convert my wife from these ways, and she has repented and been baptized into all things Colts. My in-laws are unreachable Ohio State fans, though. (I always thought a buckeye was just a worthless nut).

My wife has become more intense than me for the Colts, at least in some ways. People watching the Colts win the AFC Championship with us were amused by her passion for the Blue and White. (And she hates the Patriots. I mean, loathes entirely!) Beautiful AND a diehard Colts fan…I’m in heaven.

Can I Get An Amen!

Your wife and mine would be great friends! My wife has been known to launch the phone across the room in the middle of a call when she disagrees with a refs penalty call!!! And don’t even mention the Patriots or the Glare of Death will fall upon you!!!

Pressure is somethig you feel when you don't know what you're doing!
