Bears 15-Colts 6. Matt Forte (100 yards on 14 carries in the first half) shows his stuff in the first half. Orton, despite having Dwight Freeney living in his backfield, has managed the game well. The entire Colts squad looks lost, confused, and very, very rusty. That is on Dungy. It is his job to make his team ready, and clearly they aren't. Missed tackles. Dropped assignments. Shotty tackling. Colts need to dig deep to pull this out, because the Bears were clearly ready for this game and the Colts are not.

Great Teams Have Looked Ugly Today

Geez.....

Manning isn’t doing his regular play action anymore. He use to extent completely out with the ball in one hand, now he’s keeping both hands on the ball and kinda shoving it out there. He doesn’t look comfortable just yet.

It's called legal scalping in Indy

Plus with the new stadium they let all the season ticket holders add lots of extra seats which I’m sure all the scalpers did so now that many more tickets are going to be scalped each week. I’m willing to bet the new stadium will have a lot more visiting fans then we EVER saw at the Hoosier Dome..

Nice to see the Bears of two years ago are back. Great defense… but wtf with our defense? Kyle Orton shouldn’t be unstoppable, and we couldn’t stop the running game at all.

the whole team was rusty

including Manning. I saw a few times were he tried a four yard pass and through it well short into the ground. Also, what is with the defense? I feel like I’m back in mid-2006? I have confidence that they’ll work it out and start a long winning streak though. However, not a good way to break in the stadium. And, I think we can forget about the home field ‘noise’ advantage causing our opponents multiple false starts in the Luke.
