ESPN is reporting that a second witness has come forward claiming Marvin had a gun during the Philly shooting.
This story just won't die. More evidence that Marvin was the shooter doesn't change anything. From the previous evidence they couldn't prove a crime was commited with Marvin's gun, so Marvin being behind it changes nothing. If the stories claiming that shell casings were found in Dixon's car are right there is no case. Both sides will claim self defense no matter what happened.
UPDATE The Philly DA had the statement from the second witness when he decided not to further pursue the case. Nothing to see here.

The case is dead already

I saw it
And you’re right, it’s not an issue. I was thinking about putting a fanpost but didn’t want to give more credit to those hacks. Funny how the ESPN writers are taking it upon themselves to hold a trial and conviction based off what the DA already had and deemed unsuitable to even arraign Harrison.
That's funny....
“ESPN is reporting…”
Since when do they report the news? I thought they just spread rumors…

I'm guessing...
That the second witness is Sal Pal. He’s wanted to see Marvin burn since this story broke way back when.
Good one.
