A sense of humour
works for me.. It is a bit reassuring that he has his own personality. Will be interesting to see what changes are upcoming though I doubt it will be anything major

Caldwell is amazing
When I went to training camp it was nearly 90 degrees and he was wearing a hooded sweatshirt. I’ve always been excited for him to be coach since I saw him toughing the heat in a freakin’ hooded sweatshirt.
