Well, here we are. This is what we love to see: Two red hot, very strong teams going toe-to-toe in a playoff game in prime time. Regardless of what some may say, the Chargers very much deserve to be in the playoffs. Like our guys, they have battled through injuries and inconsistency. And, like our guys, they hung together. The Chargers are a very tough, scrappy team led by a QB who has turned the corner. Believe it or not, I'm happy the Chargers are the Colts' first opponent. They are a fine team, and a very worthy opponent.

As always, enjoy this open thread for the game. Likely, more threads will pop up as the game goes on. We will do our best to keep up. Our Colts have battled back to have a glorious regular season. But now, that is all long forgotten. After the rocky roller coaster of the 2008 regular season, my best advice is to just sit back and watch our team, led by the league's MVP, do their thing. If you are nervous, if you have playoff jitters, then all I can say is this:

Never doubt.

For a 10-14 game that is very close, everybody sure does seem to be throwing the F word around a lot. Calm down, guys. This is the Colts we’re talking about…you know, the most comebacks this season or something like that. We’ll come out screaming hot in the second half, knock Rivers on his butt, Bob will impale Sproles, Peyton will hit Reggie for a 60 yard TD catch, Dallas will get some, and then it’s on to the Divisional round.

this was ridiculous… what was that 40 yards in penalties on this drive.

 i agree with you San Diego is a shit town worth of sports. They are all fuckin babies when they don’t get the call. Even though i live here i hate the chargers with all my life and i hope Tomlinson breaks his leg and so on and so on. Chargers fans are frontrunners when their team is doing well they are fans and when they are not doing well they are not fans. I hate San Diego sports teams. I can’t wait to leave this town .
