Some P.Manning Love
Remember the critics before the season started? Remember all of their reasons on why the Colts would slip? If I remember correctly many criticized whether or not the Colts could go on without Tony, Marvin, or Meeks. Then the Colt's were hit with the injury of Anthony Gonzalez. I felt many wrote the Colts off prematurely cause of this and raved the Colts win over the Jags was basically a joke.
I know everyone here at stampedeblue knew that this wasn't going to be an issue for the reigning MVP. Now in week three, finally people are starting to realize they've been wrong all along.
There's an article I would want to share with everyone by Vic Carrucci. I don't normally read his articles but this one caught my eye. Lets just say he's got a man crush on Peyton
Here's how: He's Peyton Manning.
He's the consummate example of an athlete who gets the absolute most out of his skills through hard work and an unrelenting desire to remain at the very top of his game. His obsession with wanting to be the best at everything he does -- and expecting the same from everyone else on the team -- is why, three weeks into the season, he leads the AFC and ranks second in the NFL with a passer rating of 117.7.
Well atleast they're realizing again how special P.Manning really is. If you guys want to read the whole article yourselves click here and enjoy. I know it made my day...sadly my Calc test is next period hopefully I'll pull a 93 instead of a 18.
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Stampede Blue's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Stampede Blue's writers or editors.

Best QB Ever
No question.
"Brett Favre was a man who thought he was retired, but he knew it wouldn't last."
totally
Theres no doubt in my mind that when he retires he will be considered the greatest qb of all time.
"We’re only going to score 17 points? haha...OK" - Tom Brady
Right now, he's my number three post Super Bowl Era
as I can’t compare him to Unitas, Graham.
1.) Montana
2.) Marino
3.) Manning.
He’ll definitely leap Marino.
EVH+DLR=BFFr........ God I Hope So!!
I would go
1.) Marino
2.) Manning
3.) Brady
4.) Montana
5.) Young
Indianapolis Colts, taking focus away from my DBacks every Sunday.
WHY.......WOULD........YOU.........HAVE THAT FAGGET AT # 3 IN YOUR LIST, WAIT WHY IS HE IN YOUR LIST?
"You only get intercepted when you don't know what your doing, I knew what I was Doing".

Oh stop.
Despite my feelings about Brady as a person, you can’t (at least I can’t and believe me I’ve tried) dispute the fact that he is a great QB. I don’t know that I’d put him ahead of Montana, though. But then again, I’d have Peyton at #1 so what do I know? ;-)

I agree
He’s a fag and everything, but he is an amazing football player. However, putting him ahead of Montana is kind of an insult.
My top would be:
1)Marino
2)Montana
3)Manning
4)Brady
I liked Kelly but, I wouldnt put him on a top 5. I also had a personal debate about number 5…cant decide if I put Ryan Leaf or Joey Harrington (Carr also comes to my mind)

Your language is disturbing to my middle aged mind.
"You can't defend the perfect throw, what can I say?" Peyton quoting Marino
loved the detail
about avoiding comparing him to Unitas, would be pretty unfair as I see it…
