Week Five Late Games- Open Thread #2

Good lord, those throw back uniforms for the Broncos are horrible! They currently trail the Patriots 17-7. The Pats are wearing their throwbacks featuring some Paul Revere-looking dude hiking a football as their helmet logo.

Elsewhere, the Texans and Jaguars are getting rocked by the Cardinals and Seahawks, respectively.

Enjoy the open thread.

Yankee game!

Playoff baseball is always better than listening to Keith Olbermann.

I have to shut the computer once the Colts game starts since I’ll be watching it on delay. Would be even if the Yankees weren’t playing, actually. That’s going to drive me nuts.

I said before I don't care who wins,

but right now, I find myself getting excited over the thought of the Pats losing.

Oh boy!

That’s very meaningful and important!

If they lose, they drop out of first place in their division. That’s what matters.

Don't care about that.

I care about them dropping to 3-2.

whiffed tackle

costs the pats nearly ten yards. Now at the 30, will mcDaniels go soft and just plunge and play for the FG? Cause this is not a guaranteed make.

when you're on the edge of FG range

having another attempt after a botched snap isn’t that useful. you’d be backed way up if it happened.

Then you could go for it on 4th down

or punt. It just won’t be disaster.
