Attitude is important!
While reflecting on the Colts-Titans game and thinking about the QB situation for Tennessee, I am truly realizing how lucky we are in Indy. I saw the post game interview with Manning and Collie.....both total class acts, humble and great at the same time. And, the work eithic of those two is nothing short of amazing. And, then while reading an article in pro-football weekly by Hub Arkush called...Colts, Titans Heading In Opposite Directions, the Vince Young issues became even more obvious. The articles says,
'Most disconcerting was the approach of Vince Young on what he seems to believe is his march to the Hall of Fame. Young spent the first three quarters on the sideline hiding under a gray hoodie and Titans parka while some of us on the sideline were in shirtsleeves on a cool but pleasant Nashville evening. He appeared to completely ignore Collins, Fisher, the polaroids and anything else related to the game on the field. And once he was finally told to warm up in the fourth quarter to enter the game, he made a few half-hearted throws without bothering to lose the parka and sweatshirt and never even bothered practicing a snap or two from center. Once in the game, his three incomplete pass attempts were the same half-armed, three quarters delivery slings that gave Collins the job a year ago.'
And, the Titans fans are still wondering if he's their future?
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Stampede Blue's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Stampede Blue's writers or editors.

Slightly off the subject,
but, way to go Jay Mariotti! In case you didn’t see it on ESPN, he basically called for everyone to take a look at the greatness of Manning! He said what we’re witnessing is truly amazing to paraphrase. We all knew that anyway though.
+18!!
I saw that, normally I don’t give much credit to Mariotti, but that was long overdue

I think the Titans Fans know
that VY isnt their future, but they want to see if he can get some kind of spark outta this team. Because I’m sorry, but Kerry Collins is playing terribly. They are desperate right now and as the old saying goes “desperate times, calls for desperate measures.”
The way our defense is set up, it puts me in situations where I'm one-on-one in making tackles on running backs. When I go into it, I think I am going to win. It really doesn't matter the size, height, weight, whatever. I'm not afraid of putting my body in there." - Bob Sanders
My point is
if this is Vince’s work ethic, he will never ever accomplish much. VY may have some physical skills (although somewhat limited), but mentally and emotionally, he’s obviously still has issues. At least that’s what I’m getting from that article. And, on the flipside, you have Manning driving to Ohio to work with Gonzales when he was drafted. That, my friends, is 180 degrees from VY.
oh yeah deffinatly
but I mean look what the Titans did to him…I mean sure he can be blamed for somethings too, but they built him up and then tore him down. Fisher has showed no faith in him what so ever. Honestly if I was in his situatuion I think I would have the same emotions too. He was suppose to be their “Franchise QB” now he’s the back up that they wont even use even though their season is pretty much over. I just think they have lost all hope in VY and that is gonna take a toll him. But thats just my opinion =)

the same old sayings seem to always apply
it seems like the more things change the more they stay the same. coaches coach, but players have to make plays. if you dont have players or ones in the right skilled positions, you get 31-9 on sunday nights in front of all your loved ones.

How about Ugohs attitude problem?
That guy was just walking around doing nothing
"We’re only going to score 17 points? haha...OK" - Tom Brady
its just a camera shot
over the course of a game alot of players can be “caught” just walking around or laughing or whatever, i dont get caught up in the sideline shots unless its a whole group getting cussed out like the seahawks defense was two weeks ago. harrison used to sit by himself we could all specualte about it until infinity but we will never know and the people who do know arent talking.
