As much as I value the safety of QB's
especially Peyton, I think that fining Vanden Bosch is unnecessary (although it’ll hardly make a dint in his salary). He was blocked/fell at Manning and did hit him below the knees, however he’s intentions were not malicious and therefore not fine worthy
