Week 7: Wednesday Injury Report

The biggest surprise of today is who isn't on the injury report. Bob Sanders is absent from the report indicating that he got his first full day of practice in of the season. Also missing from the report is Kelvin Hayden who has struggled since preseason with a hamstring injury.

The players who are on the list are Adam Vinatieri (knee), Anthony Gonzalez (knee), Marlin Jackson (knee), Tim Jennings (calf) and Jamey Richard (illness).

With Sanders back, I wish this was going to be home game.

The stadium would be going nuts.

:-(

I just got a text from my parents. Apparently, they’re going to the Rams game…….without me?!?! Always been my dream to go to a home game. I’m probably going to moderately hate them for at least the rest of the season.

Man, I need a life...

Random fact of the week from the empty void that is my mind: The national anthem of Greece has 158 verses. Wonder how long it would take to sing that before a game.

*away game

I’m assuming that’s what you meant. I would love to go to this game is 1. It wasn’t the day after a Notre Dame home game, 2. If I didn’t have the flu (I may miss a Notre Dame game!). I’ve never been to a road game for the Colts, and it would be pretty awesome.

How can they do that to you?

Maybe they think you should be STUDYING! Holy cow, what am I thinking? Studying over going to a Colts game? No contest.

I'm still not convinced that they're going without me.

I refuse to believe that my dad and mom wouldn’t take me along, the biggest Colts fan they ever will know. I still expect one of my parents to magically show up at Purdue Friday. They’re being really cruel either way.

I think you should call Indiana's Department of Children Services on your parents

You could probably convince the social workers that not taking you to a Colts away game is a child abuse. ;-)

Do you have any other siblings because that would suck if you parents to everyone except you. I know I would be extemely pissed off if my parents did that…

I have an older brother at

Ball St. and a younger brother is a freshman in high school. Neither of them are anywhere remotely close to my Colts fandom.

I hold out on CPS until I’m certain my parents are not taking me. I still refuse to believe it.

Not trying to rub it in but

Ill be there! haha I really hope Bob plays…Steven Jackson could be a good test for him

The way our defense is set up, it puts me in situations where I'm one-on-one in making tackles on running backs. When I go into it, I think I am going to win. It really doesn't matter the size, height, weight, whatever. I'm not afraid of putting my body in there." - Bob Sanders

If you go..

it’ll be a dome, it’ll be surrounded by a Colts environment… that’d be very similar to a home game

5-0 COLTS? Great!
Jaguars and Texans being 3 games behind? Awesome!
0-6 Titans? Priceless..
