Random fact of the week from the empty void that is my mind: This video right here has produced one of my favorite lines ever. It was so awesome that there has been 2 sequels. One where you must put a banana in your ear, and another where you must grab their tongues. Purely awesome.

Phil B has been lost to the dark side:

8:19 [Comment From Guest]
Why cant the offensive line consistently open up holes for the running game?

8:20 Phil B:
They ran for 156 yards yesterday, a season high, so it was better. But I get the sense that Brown hits the holes harder and thus gains better yardage whereas Addai delays too much and it gives defenders a chance to close.

It’s a sad day for us all.

More from Phil B for those too lazy

to read his chats.

8:21 [Comment From Ripp]
What does Addai have to do to get demoted?? Its blatantly obvious that Brown is the better back. And from reading Kravtiz’s article today, it looks like Polian is getting frustrated with Addai’s dancing around…

8:22 Phil B:
Yes, Mr. Polian was rather vocal from high above in the press box. I didn’t realize Bob wrote about it, so now that he did, I’ll confirm it. I was the one who pointed out the rants to Bob. He asked me what it was. I said, “It’s thumper.” That’s what I call Polian in the press box, because he makes a lot of noise and has been known to pound his fists on hard surfaces at times. Each time Addai delayed, I could count on hearing something from above.

goofily for the 18to88 league

0.3 for assisted tackle
0.3 for pass defensed
0.8 for solo tackle
1 for tackle for loss
2 for fumble recovered
3 for fumble forced
3 for Sack
4 for INT

Finally back at home after 10 days

I had a trade proposal in my inbox when I got back…

Give up Peterson and Mason
Get Bradshaw, Turner, and Boldin.

I’ve now lost 4 weeks in a row, have the top QB (Schaub), top RB (Peterson), and DeSean Jackson, but really crappy everywhere else. I kept Owens and Portis one too many years.

This is a 3 player keeper league as well. I told him if it was just this year I’d do it in a heartbeat, but he also has Chris Johnson, so I said he needs to include him to get me to consider trading Peterson.

Any thoughts?
