Peyton Manning skit on ESPN's Mayne Event

The Mayne Event-Peyton Manning

This was on ESPN a couple of days ago. It's one of the funniest things I've seen since the ESPY award skit. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Dallas Clark and Jeff Saturday are hysterical, I promise you, you'll love this.

I need to fill some space, so I'll just say Go Colts Beat the 49ers. I'll be at the Houston Game on the 8th, can't wait.

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Stampede Blue's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Stampede Blue's writers or editors.

I watched it 6 times! I love the line at the end "now that's the next level".

Thanks, Mater.

I hate Joe Namath. That's how long I've been a Colts fan.

I'm sooo glad you posted this!

I’ve been wanting to watch it again…and again…and again…

PTB, did you get my logo ideas?

I sent a bunch, if nothing suits your fancy, email me with some ideas of what you’re looking for, and I’ll keep trying.

When Saturday says

“he’s been sticking his hand up my butt for 11 years so we’re pretty close” I almost lost it. The face he makes after is hilarious.

Don't question my fandominium.

Still think the reaction shot of CJ at the end is my favorite part

CH is right, it’s that beard.

Luck is probability taken personally, clutch is probability attributed to individuals.

actually no, it's Lilja

I watched it again, Ryan Lilja is my favorite.

First, look for him tapping his butt when Peyton switches from Gaelic to bacon.

then, just after that, the intense look in his eyes while Peyton is yelling crap — it’s like he’s the only one who thinks he understands what’s going on

I like when Saturday

looks away because he’s having a hard time keeping a straight face.

Jeff Saturday

Excellent deadpan delivery. Of course, “he’s had his hand in my butt for eleven years” really can’t be delivered any other way.

I too liked CJ’s reaction shot, sort of like ….I thought I had it a second ago, but that last bit just blew right by me. If I rerun it in my mind maybe I’ll figure it out… (brief look of concentration)…nope. I’ll pull the old ‘whatever’ play.

Bacon! Bacon!

thank goodness for bye weeks.

haha that was funny. Gaelic is such a difficult language to learn, it wouldnt surprise me if Peyton learned it just for the challenge.

Call me "Sir" goddamnit!
