ESPN's John Clayton reports Dwight Freeney likely to play against Seahawks
John Clayton was just on Sunday Morning SportCenter and reported that Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney is likely to play on pass rushing situations against the Seattle Seahawks. Freeney had lobbied coaches all week, saying he was OK to play this Sunday after sustaining a quad injury against the Arizona Cardinals last week. Freeney worked out on Saturday and, as of right now, the Colts have not ruled him out for the game.
If Freeney plays situational snaps today, that big big news for the Colts. The Seahawks are starting a third string left tackle today, and Matt Hasselbeck is out with cracked ribs.
Also, just a little FYI, Clayton made his report from Indianapolis. He is in town for the game.

this is good
but i think they will still be caustious, he wont be a big part of the defense today i would think with the playing time he will get. lets hope he really is healed and not just coming back too early
Damn
I am very surprised. Hopefully he only plays like 10 plays or so and gets a sack on all of them.
"Brett Favre was a man who thought he was retired, but he knew it wouldn't last."
Go Freeney!
I wonder if he would play today if Dungy was still the Head Coach?
"You can't defend the perfect throw, what can I say?" Peyton quoting Marino
Negative
Which is why I like Caldwell.

I hope this is one of Freeneys "I heal fast" things
I would love to see him play, only I hope he doesn;t re-aggravate the injury
Glazer also said he's in
