PrintWe are now 1/4 of the way through the season, and some of our leaders came back to the pack a little bit this week, giving some of us a ray of hope that we can still win this thing. A couple "upsets" this week in Stampede Blue land:
Also, nobody picked the Colts or Giants to lose straight up, which were pretty safe bets. Also, 4 people picked Oakland to win. For shame...
Let's get to the Results from Week 4. Topping our Straight Up contest this week is piojocuau, who went 13-1 last week, only missing Baltimore. Nice work! Our leaders after 4 weeks:

I am the most inconsistant picker ever.
I’m pretty much the definition of boom/bust right now. One week, I’m the leader in SU and ATS, then 2 weeks later, I turn in a dismal performance like this.
Oh well. At least I’m still near the top of the leaderboard and Bill Simmons has fallen back to Earth.

cant believe i managed to get 10 ATS. I was beginning to think i wouldn’t do any better than 7 or 8 each week. Back-to-back 12s SU makes me happy too. Wish I had started playing both in the beginning instead of just ATS

Simmons uses slightly different spreads
So there could be a game or 2 where he’s different. I just use what we all use and go from there.

Darn… I almost got a perfect 14 picks Week 4…but i got 12/14 which is not that bad..Hopefully I go better or about the same in Week 15. :)
