Urgent Fantasy Football advice. Integrity and sabatoge on the line. Please Vote.
Hello All,
So here's the situation and I need some advice as the league manager.
Team A just beat team D with a very strong showing from Frank Gore and Chris Johnson.
Team A lost his iphone in a cab over the weekend. Team D has an old iphone. Team A is now trading Frank Gore (who he just won with) to Team D for Ricky Williams and his OLD iphone.
In my estimation and in the world of Fantasy Football, this is unethical and sabotage. As league manager and currently in first place, what should I do?
(Team A is in last place.)

I don't know much about Fantasy Football,
but from the tone of your post, it sounds like you’ve already made your decision.
Now a proud annoyance on Stampede Blue, 18to88, Indy Football Report, and Phil B's blog.
Man, I need a life...
Random fact of the week from the empty void that is my mind: This is my dad's favorite scene from one of my all-time favorite shows. Full of win, IMO.

A lot of this depends on wheter its a money league and/or keeper league
but as stated above I think you’ve already made up your mind.

Have not made up my mind. This league isn’t for money.

lol
pretty funny.
if it’s not a money league, i’d let it go through. that guy really needs a phone. really, who cares that much about a non-money fantasy football league? the guy getting the phone is clearly getting a better deal.

i mean it's fantasy football and all
but you can’t risk the integrity of the league, right? I’d be pissed personally if it happened in my league, even if I was out of playoff contention.
Poll the other owners an see if you can get a majority, then you don’t have to be the asshole who overruled the trade
"If you don't [draft me], I promise you I'll come back and kick your ass for the next 15 years."

Unethical?
I’d say it’s not unethical, as that it’s not really cheating, so I voted no. However, if the league I’m a commish of tried to pull this off, I’d say no to them on the basis that people could then pay off other people to get players, or to throw games, which I wouldn’t want.

Reminds me
of the show “The League”. Its fairly new and hilarious. On FX I think.
As long as we have Peyton we will always have a chance to win.
