We'll make adjustments...

the D needs to stop them and it would help if Garcon would hang on the the friggin ball!

“I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me… There may come a time when the offense of this team will fail, when we can’t run or pass, but it is not this day. An hour when cheaters, and playboys, and homos come crashing down on us. But it is not this day! THIS DAY WE WIN! With all i hold dear on this good earth, I bid you STAND, STAND, INDIANAPOLIS COLTS!

Defense, START COVERING PEOPLE! Linebackers, get your depth! The run will come, but you have to maintain your depth!

Offense! Stop dropping the fucking ball you douchebags! BLOCK. Stop getting Peyton hit.

GO THE FUCK OUT THERE AND WIN THE FUCKING GAME!"

/end adjustments

This hasn't been a catastrophic game like many are making it out to be

We’re really seeing some weaknesses in this team but none of it is season breaking issues. Losing this game wouldn’t be terrible. Winning it would be great though. :-)

its catastrophic in the game outlook

in the season outlook it’s not looking awful. Easily fixed issues right now. Including just getting healthier.

I’m cautiously optimistic. Freeney, Mathis have got to play out of their skulls to help the backers and secondary, Run D keep being stout.

i hate seeing the colts lose

i hate self-righteous douchebags that never want to see whats right in front of their faces. Not enjoying the loss, going to enjoy watching some people go, ‘lol i dont know football, but if i just keep repeating things over and over hopefully no one will notice’.

Note: I’d LOVE for the Colts to come back and win this and make me look like a real ass clown. Not going to happen, but I’d love it.

and i dispute the

‘spend all your time patting yourself on the back’ remark. I discuss Colts’ football. I, unfortunately, just speak the truth. It gets ignored by all the golden sunshine and unicorn brigade. So yea, if you’re going to say, whenever I bring up those issues, ‘lol running game efficient. lol secondary unstoppable. lol offensive line is fine.’ etc… then yes, im going to kindly point it out when you’re wrong. There are a lot of issues with this team. They’ve been there, to some degree, since game one. Some others have cropped up do to injuries. But the biggest one – failure of the offense, has been there all year. If teams decide to play zone against the Colts, the Colts are powerless to do anything about it. Quote any advnaced stat you want, and I’ll quote you reality – their running game is HORRIBLE. They cannot force people out of zone coverage. They are jamming and keeping the safeties deep because they can stop the running game with their front THREE. So no, i don’t care about their power success or joseph addai’s dvoa , or anything else that you can pull. The reason Peyton Manning is throwing 52 times an hour isn’t because Brown is hurt or because thats what the defense is giving him, its because they CANNOT run the ball with any regularity.

ALso, since you DO love stats. I pointed out last week that the most important stat of all, ANY/A, has been going WAY down since the bye. Thats whats telling. Thats because of the run game. Teams are playing the Colts like they did last year. Jam, crowd, play 2 deep safeties, good game.

Being an asshole doesn't make you wrong. :)

Our defense sucks all the way around.

Our run offense is doesn’t exist. And, our special teams is atrocious. Peyton can only carry this team so far. I know injuries are a big part…..but, so much for next man up.

Garcon

Talented, but inconsistent. About what you’d expect from a Div III?

Woo!

aren't all receivers inconsistent at first?

but he's not a rookie, and he's gotten worse as the years progressed

I sort of think some of this is good for him, humble him some, but he really needs to progress fast.

Outcoached, out-executed, many lapses on all three units...

… and yet, the Colts are still within two possessions. The question is, can the D step up and stop NE? This is where they need to do what they’ve been doing all season, and what they did on individual drives: STICK New England and force a punt.

Perfect pass and throw for the TD, too.

Question: Is Gonzo gone for the season? Or is he supposed to come back soon?
