"Wow," defensive end Robert Mathis said. "All you can say is wow. That's a lot of disrespect."

"Total disrespect," linebacker Clint Session said. "They disrespected us and they got what they deserved."

OFF COURSE THE PATS DESERVE IT!!

 lets look it this way…
Bill belichick has WAY more respect for Manning than any other player in the league… so much that he EVEN was afraid to punt the ball because, he knew that manning could have make it 80 yards in 2 minutes… so he decide to go 4 and 2, to kept the ball away from MANNINGS HANDS, so if we could have stopped them again, we would have had much lesser TIME.

This all happened just because Payton Manning is a great player and bill Belichik Knows it and respect him,

They got what they deserved all right.

The Colts are the Best Team in the league, and we proved it last night.

Stupid media.

Man, I need a life...

Random fact of the week from the empty void that is my mind: I turn 19 on Tuesday, November 17. I accept all gifts. If any of you can figure out a way for me not to have a test Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday on the week of my birthday, that would be the best present ever.

The Colts

had 4 scoring drives in the game that took less than 3 minutes total…..and all but one took roughly 79 yards each…

THAT is what Belichump was afraid of, and that is why he went for it on 4th down.

ESPN is showing

the Pats’ news conference live at 10:45. Should be fun.

It appears that I've made a typo.

I meant to say 11:45 (Eastern time).

Never said it was old.

Has anyone heard yet whether Bill Simmons has set himself on fire?

In my opinion, this is a more realistic and less offensive quote:

“they might want to covert because our offense was clicking at the time and they wanted to keep our offense off the field, but as a defense, that’s kind of disrespectful and that’s how we took it.” Said DE Robert Mathis.
It’s good, and that’s how they had to took it. However it has nothing to do with disrespecting our defense. It’s about respecting Peyton and trust in their offense.

Freeney said the defense took it as disrespect

But he also noted that any defense in the NFL would feel the same way. They always feel dissed when you come out on fourth down unless you absolutely freaking have to.

and with that one decision

Belichick in a way disrespected TWO defensive units

I saw that Seau was on Fox News this morning and they asked him about the call, but I didn’t have the volume up loud enough to hear his response… anyone else catch that?

How can you not love a team that does this?

by LovinBlue on Nov 17, 2009 10:17 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Disrespect?
“Total disrespect,” linebacker Clint Session said. “They disrespected us and they got what they deserved.”

Well, I guess it’s possible that there was an element of disrespect aimed at Indy’s defense in New England’s decision. But then again, they just put 34 points on you guys, so “disrespect” may be taking it too personally. How about “supremely confident” instead?

Look, Clint, I love you guys. You all kept giving your team chances over and over again, and in the end, you all sealed the deal by making the most critical stop at the most critical moment. You’re making the team what it is this year. But for that call, I think you’re being too emotional about it. Think about it: If they get the yards, they seal the win, and there’s nothing left for Indy to do. The end. I think that analysis came more into play than any “disrespect” they might have had for you.

Slightly off topic: I don't know if New England disrespects Indy's defense, but...

… One of their assistant coaches clearly disrespects NBC’s camera crew:

It's OK.

It’s just Belichick’s bouncer. And a pretty effective one at that.

Belichick is such an asshole

Personal security… so he won’t have cameras in his face when he loses. I can never respect the Patriots as long as he is their coach. I might fear them, but respect – no.

God hates the New England Patriots

yeah

Belicheat ran from the field after the game like the poor loser he is. I don’t know if he shook hands with Caldwell, but he certainly took off like from the field as fast as he could. No class. You lose, take your lumps after a dumb decision like that. He is just once again proving how classless he is.

Cameraman tripped...

over the wire the other guy was trying to move. That guy didn’t shove him.

Doesn’t mean B’chek isn’t an asshole though.
