Random fact of the week from the empty void that is my mind: You've seen SNL's hilarious Dear Sister sketch before, right? You haven't? Well, watch it here. This right here is what the Dear Sister sketch was a parody of. Bet the writers of The OC wish they could redo that scene now.
ahahahaha i read an article this week about ed reed and his laterals

Man
a win is a win, but I miss the blowouts
Bob Sanders does not play Hide-and-Seek, He plays HIDE and PRAY-HE-DOES-NOT FIND-YOU!
Youre right, it shouldnt have
Ravens had 7 trips to the redzone. Ravens should have won by 14
You have to hate losing more than you love winning.
no your wrong
Santi should have caught that slant and should have never fumbled. Thats 14 points for the Colts, not ravens
by metal_militia on Nov 22, 2009 4:10 PM EST up reply actions
No, you see
everything that could have went right for the Ravens would have and everything that went wrong for the Colts goes worse.
by ActionOxford on Nov 22, 2009 4:11 PM EST up reply actions
Both teams made mistakes
Saying the score should’ve been different only works if one team fixed theirs but the other didn’t. Same deal against Houston.
how was that not an illegal forward pass???
not that it would have mattered but whats with the officiating this year. omg
ROFLberger hurt, took a knee to the head

At least he was wearing his helmet this time
"Brett Favre was a man who thought he was retired, but he knew it wouldn't last."
This Game
This answers the “can the Colts win if Peyton Manning plays below his normal standard?” question, yes?

I'll go ahead and write Wetzel's column
Yeah, the Colts won, but the Ravens dominated and are so much better. So, really it was a loss for the Colts.
We're gonna hear it big time from the "experts" this week
How can you not love a team that does this?
Offensively there was still good things
We ran the ball more effectively than we did all year. We had To’s but we were driving on all of them. Take those away we could have been looking at a blowout
by INDYCOLTSROCK18 on Nov 22, 2009 4:10 PM EST reply actions
What a win
if ever a win felt like a loss.
But it still goes in that win column.
reminds me of the 2007 game against KC--
really messy, and nothing to be especially proud of, but a win nonetheless.
Well, it was ugly
but I’m celebrating this with a fine German Dunkelweizen. A win is a win is a win.
Mmmm dunkelweizen
Haven’t had a real one of those since the Air Force. I prefer American IPAs now, but a good dunkel is delicious.

Very, very local. Ten oclock here, got a class tomorrow and no idea what I’ll be teaching, but a W is a W. Cheers.
Someone open up a Double Arrogant Bastard from Stone

I would if I could
We have Hacker here in Chicago. Didn’t know they made a dunkel though.
Haven’t had an Arrogant Bastard in a while… I miss having easy access to Stone brews.
I've got to show some love to Addia... he ran hard and with conviction today... great game by Addia!
im kinda sad...
how can we manage to just score 17 points =S?
whats happening to colts offense?
LV
may jump off the ledge today

Bottom line:
There’s no asterisk by the “W” for an ugly game.
------
"How can a pickup truck contain enough mass to unfold into a towering machine? I say if Ringling Brothers can get 15 clowns into a Volkswagen, anything is possible."
ESPN will try and make one
But ignore ugly Pats and Saints wins.
"Brett Favre was a man who thought he was retired, but he knew it wouldn't last."
How dare you?
There are no ugly wins by the Patriots. Only gutsy ones. You, my friend, are bordering on heresy. You need to say 10,000 Hail Brady’s and beg forgiveness.

It's going to be tough
I don’t know if we will do it next week. Maybe Hayden and Gonzo can make a miraculous recovery and play.

Defensive Interference on Browns on last play
Lions will get it with 0:00 from the 1.

LovinBlue, you remember this:
Jim Nantz: “And the Chiefs have just pulled off a STUNNING upset of the Steelers.”
I think the announcer didin’t use the word “stunning” though :-)
Peyton Manning makes it Wayne on them hoes!!!!
yep - I was thinking about that
and then about the fact that LV said he lives in a 3-story building

Just in time
He’ll be fired by the Browns just as Cable gets fired from the Raiders. Boom! Mangini head coach for the Raiders.
How does this guy still have a job? How many teams do you have to ruin before they give up on you?

By the way,
Pierre Garcon was excellent today. Great comeback game, and it gives me some hope for him in the future. Someone must have given him the glue that Clark’s been using.
