Love the article!
Great quote for Manning.
“Great plays,” Manning said. “We don’t point the finger at the defense if they’re giving up touchdowns. They don’t point the finger at us if we’re turning it over. That’s team football.”
Love that attitude! Same from Freeney talking about Super Bowl, not undefeated, mattering more. I have to wonder if the Colts take time to talk with players about how to handle things in the media. Everybody does a great job selling the company line. I LOVE IT!
Great find!
Example: I’ve had at least 3 people at work tell me this morning: “so the Colts are looking a little soft” My reply is that they aren’t scoring as many points as I’d like, BUT the defense is playing lights out – defenses DO win championships, don’t they?
Besides, what can you expect from Chargers’ “fans” – or left over Rams and Raiders fans?
Dumbasses.

We need to get you to move here.

It's getting funny
I’m actually starting to enjoy the backhanded compliments. It’s funny to read all of the power rankings each week and see the mediots squirming because they can’t in good conscience drop the Colts down a spot until they lose a game. So they harp on about how narrow the Colts victories have been, they jump on Peyton’s interceptions, it’s like they’re mad at the Colts for usurping Brett Favre’s rightful place in their internal standings.
What do you know, Buddha was right! Man really does cause his own suffering!
Never approach a vast undertaking with a half-vast plan.
