A mixed bag injury-wise. There's still plenty cause for concern, but guys are moving in the right direction and no one vital has been ruled out.

Kelvin Hayden hit the practice field for the first time since injuring his knee last month, with limited participation. He has not been ruled out for Sunday's game at this time. Peyton was practicing full today after being limited the first two days of practice. Dwight Freeney sat out a 3rd straight day, but has been labeled questionable rather than out as is the usual for players that don't practice.

Number in parenthesis is the number of practices the player made this week. Limited Participation is counted as one half.

Probable: Joseph Addai (3), Antoine Bethea (2), Raheem Brock (3), Donald Brown (3), Melvin Bullitt (3), Pierre Garcon (3), Ramon Humber (2), Tim Jennings (3), Peyton Manning (2), Robert Mathis (3), Jerraud Powers (3), Tom Santi (3), Jeff Saturday (3), Jacob Tamme (3), Tony Ugoh (2), Reggie Wayne (2)

Questionable: Dwight Freeney (0), Kelvin Hayden (0.5), Charlie Johnson (0.5), Gijon Robinson (1.5), Jim Sorgi (0.5)

Out: Keyunta Dawson (0), Aaron Francisco (0), Anthony Gonzalez (0), Adam Vinatieri

thanks for the info and it is looking better.

the probably really does look like just that when you look at how much practice they had this week.

to me when i see that addai, santi, brown, bullit and all the listed probably practiced most of the week at the most missed 1 practice either they were just resting that day or there injury wasn’t serious wise they would have had more time off.

the ones i find a little worrysome though are the ones to johnson, freeney and dawson who are listed as questionable. i think if freeney isn’t playing on sunday then we should worry but till then im going to assume that he is going to be alright

This has been the worst injury week ive ever seen

most troubling to me is CJ

I expected Dawson out b/c of the Thomas signing. hoping D-Free is just being rested but his performance the past 2 weeks has certainly been hampered.

Absolutely psyched to see Hayden back, if only ltd for now. Concerned Gonzo isn’t even practicing yet :-/

How can you not love a team that does this?

idk ive started worrying about freeney because i was originally thinking rest

but if he missed two practices then he sorta has gotten two days of rest right? but we will see. hayden if he plays will not play a lot but will just play in some packages in a limited role. not sure what to think of gonzo

Interesting.....

The one I’m most concerned about is Freeney. Everyone on the probable list is going to play, Hayden won’t play this week but I’m psyched to have him back next week, Ugoh can still play LT if Johnson can’t play and he did OK last time he was in (according to Polian), Santi is OK which makes me happy after his performance last week which also makes Robinson expendable, and I don’t care if Sorgi is hurt.

So, I’m still feeling really good. I would feel much better if I knew that Freeney was playing.

Random fact of the week from the empty void that is my mind: You've seen SNL's hilarious Dear Sister sketch before, right? You haven't? Well, watch it here. This right here is what the Dear Sister sketch was a parody of. Bet the writers of The OC wish they could redo that scene now.

Ideally we need..

Gonzo to play at least 2-3 games before the playoffs start but we should also have the bye week at least

more excitng..

Tony Ugoh blocking Mario Williams

or

Andre Johnson running routes with our pressure coming from Josh Thomas?

Never doubt Peyton Manning, he’ll make you look silly

I this k freeny will ...

Play unless it really bad. A few weeks ago we thought he tore his hamstring and wasn’t going to play as he didn’t practice much at all. Gameday rolled along and freeny was dressed and ready to roll. If I had to put money on it I’ll bet he will play

Any word on Anthony Gonzalez' return?

It’s been, what, nine weeks now? Should be pretty soon, right?

by Alexinho on Nov 28, 2009 4:09 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

could be back at practice soon

wouldn’t expect him to play until at least week 14

Where'd you get Week 14 from?

Seems like you pulled that out of thin air.

i dont know which week it is

but because of the scheduling, i dont see him playing before the jaguars game. His first game will either be that game (to give him the 10 days rest after) or the game after, but he won’t play before then and then have to play 4 days later. IMO anyhow.

Joseph Addai is a good running back.

I expect him to need a full week of practice or multiple weeks with partial practice before he goes

I don’t expect him to go from no practice in months to full practice so I think it’ll be at least two weeks. It’s week 12 now, so that’s week 14.
