Huh... I'm glad I got this channel

There’s some excellent postgame analysis there in this replay. For example, Manning pointed out something on the Addai-to-Wayne pass that I didn’t notice: Wayne also had to sell the play as a rushing one. And he did, big time. Reggie ran straight for the charging safety as if to downfield block, and that made the corner let him go in favor of charging the line. It also made the safety bite on the play, and eagerly run towards the contact. But when Wayne then turned for the end zone, the safety was (obviously) the first to realize and react. But it was too late; Wayne had blown by him and the ball was already in the air. Manning saw this, and noted it in the postgame interview.

I’m impressed by that. Yes, I know that it was probably a simple analysis for Peyton to make, but he remembered it without benefit of replay or anything like that. Yes, the man is one serious student of the game, no question. Never was, but this is just more proof on the mountain of evidence for that.

Watched it on NFLN

I was at the game on Sunday, traveled the 600 miles from NC to watch it. In a motel in Carmel, saw the replay tonight. I did not see myself on TV.

NFLN makes the game go by quickly. I hate to say it, it is better seen on TV LIVE than attending the game. Very little commentary at Lucas Oil Stadium, very little replays, and you cant see like on my 106" video projector.

Watching the Short Cut version right now

I have to say I’m even more worried about Manning. I’ve seen a LOT of throws where the ball just wobbles out of his hand. He’s ok on the shorter throws, but those long ones weeble and wobble until they fall down. I’m wondering if he doesn’t have a problem with one of his fingers?

How can you not love a team that does this?

Didn't BP say something about the roof and window being open at the same time......

causing some strange wind tunnel like effects? I could be mistaken though.

I was at that game.

The roof was open, but the window was not.

Now a proud annoyance on Stampede Blue, 18to88, Indy Football Report, and Phil B's blog.

Man, I need a life...

Random fact of the week from the empty void that is my mind: Viz Media (The creators of my absolute favorite show of all-time and inspiration to my avatar, Naruto) just announced a partnership with the channel Disney XD to bring the English-dubbed episodes of Naruto Shippuden (The continuation of the Naruto series) to that station with a new episode airing each week, starting, well, NOW. With the series recording I just put on it, this is one of the greatest days I've had in a long time. I'm not kidding. I love the show that much.

Damn, I missed it

Will it come on again?
