Not really much to say on this one except that I'm not really surprised. We have seen things like this all to often in professional sports, and this is why I completely support Goodell's stance on discipline in the league.
Having said that, I'd like to wish the very best to the fans of the Bengals and to his family. This is a very sad and unfortunate accident.

certainly not a time
To reflect on any negativity that Chris Henry may have brought. He was an outstanding player on the field and that’s what he should be remembered for. I also wish the best for bengals fans and his family.

The only positive
is that the end seemed to come quickly and mercifully, but not before his family could pay their last respects. RIP, Chris.
How can you not love a team that does this?
Terrible
It is unforetunate that all the media will focus on is his off-the-field transgressions. He was a good, improving player and was the Bengals’ best weapon at wide receiver next to Ochocinco. My prayers go out to his family as well as the Bengals players, coaches, and fans.

All I can say...
is very sad. Very very sad.
"If me and King Kong went into an alley, only one of us would come out. And it wouldn't be the monkey."
"I don't really trust a sane person."
"I never met a man I didn't want to fight." The one and only Lyle Alzado
How on earth
Does discipline in the NFL have anything whatsoever to do with a non-football, non-disciplinary related issue death of a football player?
The comment was
not so much implied with him, but with the amount of player related deaths and injuries over the last 20 years.
Some of them could have been avoided, and some could have been outright prevented.
